About

Who is buying and selling their own company's stock. Every SEC Form 4 insider filing for the tracked companies, parsed within about a minute of hitting EDGAR.

Coverage

Tracking 6,066 US-listed companies: 784,572 filings and 1,181,963 transactions since 2021-07-01. The latest filing was accepted 2026-09-24 17:33 ET.

Where the data comes from

History comes from the SEC's quarterly insider-transaction datasets. New filings are read from EDGAR's live Form 4 feed, polled every 15 to 45 seconds, and a sweep of EDGAR's daily index every three hours picks up anything the feed missed.

How to read it

Green rows are open-market purchases, red rows are sales, and yellow rows are sales made right after an option exercise. Values are quantity times the reported price. When a reported price is clearly a filing error, for example the total dollar amount typed into the per-share price box, the row is shown as filed with an E flag and its value is left out of totals, charts and rankings. The legend explains every column, code and abbreviation.
