(F2) This statement is jointly filed by Bank of America Corporation ("Bank of America"), BANA and BOFAS. Bank of America holds an indirect interest of the securities listed in Table I (the "Securities") by virtue of its indirect ownership of its subsidiaries, BANA and BOFAS.
