Andriy Mykhaylovskyy and Brendan Wallace have shared voting and investment power over the shares held by Fifth Wall Acquisition Sponsor, LLC, and disclaim beneficial ownership of the shares held by Fifth Wall Acquisition Sponsor, LLC except to the extent of their pecuniary interest therein. |
