Wolverine Asset Management, LLC ("WAM") is the manager of the Fund, and Wolverine Holdings, LLC ("WH") is the sole member and manager of WAM. Robert R. Bellick and Christopher L. Gust may be deemed to control WH through their roles as Managers of WH. In such capacities, each of the Reporting Persons may be deemed to beneficially own the securities reported herein, but disclaims beneficial ownership of such securities except to the extent of its or his pecuniary interest in them. |
