(F2) This Form 4 is being filed jointly by Century Vision, Prestige Century Investments Limited ("Prestige Century"), Chow Tai Fook Enterprises Limited ("CTF Enterprises"), Chow Tai Fook (Holding) Limited ("CTF Holding"), and Chow Tai Fook Capital Limited ("CTF Capital"). Century Vision and Prestige Century are managed by the same three-person board of directors. CTF Capital is the 81.03% owner of CTF Holding, which is the 100% owner of CTF Enterprises, which is the 100% owner of each of Century Vision and Prestige Century.
