The RSUs vest in three equal annual installments on the anniversary date on which the Reporting Person was appointed as a director of the Issuer's board, subject to continuous service on each vesting date. This Form 4 corrects the above-described errors by increasing the number of shares and the total amount of securities beneficially owned by the Reporting Person. |
