(the "Common Stock"). Through the Offer to Exchange, each participating member received approximately 0.58121840 shares of Common Stock for each REG membership unit that was exchanged on behalf of such member. (F3) These securities are owned directly by REG. Yorktown Energy Partners IX, L.P. ("Yorktown IX") and Yorktown Energy Partners X, L.P. ("Yorktown X") are members who together control REG. The reporting person is a member and a manager of Yorktown IX Associates LLC, the general partner of Yorktown IX Company LP, the general partner of Yorktown IX.
